I cannot recommend Karly enough, she’s amazing.

At each stage of the process Karly’s care was personal, thoughtful, considerate, and exactly what I needed in that moment. Karly was very understanding of each of our lifestyle decisions and educated us on how to make the best decision for the health and well-being of our baby. I was not a “glowing pregnant lady” as some are, but having Karly there through the end gave me an immeasurable amount of comfort and confidence.

All of my prenatal appointments were awesome and Karly made me feel more confident in my decisions because you could definitely tell she knew her stuff. She spent ample amounts of time with my family and it felt like she was a family member more then a birth practitioner.

I’m still in awe of that day. Managing without any drugs seemed like a crazy option and I didn’t think I’d cope without gas and air, but somehow it didn’t matter as home felt so safe and I had water and TENS. Waterbirth is a wonderfully unstressful process. Sid arrived looking beautiful and relaxed and ready to feed immediately. And amazingly, despite him being 8lb 3oz, almost the same size as Autumn had been when she had got stuck, I was in great shape afterwards.

I had the best birthing experience! If you are looking for an educated, calm, and supportive midwife that will put you at ease during your labor then Karly is the midwife for you. My pregnancy was miserable: constantly nauseous, and hating how my body felt yet Karly was supportive every step of the way and listened to my needs.

Karly never rushed any of our appointments and always made sure all my emotional and physical needs were tended to. Other mid-wives we interviewed had a staff and gatekeepers to get through before getting ahold of them, this was not the case with Karly.I loved that I could text her anytime I needed and she always replied promptly.

She also did not baby me, she let me experience all my feelings which gave me the opportunity to process what my body was going through. Karly was truly there for me, and my baby. This kind of personal care only comes from people who are passionate about their jobs.

I had my incredible birthing experience and it was made possible with Karly.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am to you and the gift you helped bring into this world and see through safely all before. I really enjoyed getting to know you and building a trusting relationship through the months. You always had our well being in mind and were always available for advice and support. While the birth was long, it left such great memories in our hearts-ones I am so thankful I can share with others especially knowing that it could have played out so differently. But we trusted you and you trusted in the natural process and saw it through. Thank you fro taking me on as a client.
